Facility does not have a hood, but one could be installed. The landlord will work with qualified tenant to transform the space into a sit-down restaurant. Unit has a small patio for outside seating. Each unit has and ADA bathroom, receiving door and single parking space in the back on a first-come, first-serve basis for owner/manager or employees.
